Candice has a strong track record helping clients with their sleep, stress management and relaxation techniques during and at the end of the day. Her background in yoga can help you relieve your back pain, shoulders pain often due to extensive periods of time sitting at a desk.
She is trained in mindfulness with The Mindfulness Project, where she has completed courses on Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MSBR) and Mindful Self-Compassion.

Candice is a Yoga Alliance Professionals accredited teacher. She specialises in the nervous system and back pain.
She graduated from Triyoga London Daoist Flow 230h Teacher Training. She is now part of the faculty, she supports trainees in their learning and development. She is also qualified to teach Yoga Nidra, a deep relaxation method. She trained 36 contact hours with the Satyananda Yoga centre, part of Bihar School of Yoga.

She is passionate about movement, the breath and how yoga can regulate the parasympathetic nervous system. Her main influences are Swami Satyananda Saraswati, Donna Farhi, Richie Bostock, Aki Omori and Thich Nhat Han.
